Stack & Set: Nationwide

If you have a contractor, or plan on doing the construction yourself, a "Stack & Set" contract may be exactly what you need. This service takes care of erecting the logs on your foundation and setting the second floor beams in place. Using our services to complete these two items eliminates the unique aspect of log construction, leaving the conventional construction activities to you or your contractor.

Dry-In: Nationwide
If you want to act as your own general contractor, a "Dry-In" contract may be the best service for you. Taking advantage of our familiarity with erecting a shell, closed in from the weather, can save time and money. After the shell is erected, which usually takes about two months, you can concentrate on scheduling completion with your subcontractors, and complete the finish construction on your new home.

Turn-Key: Tennessee, North Carolina
We find many customers who want their entire house completed by a professional general contractor. In our local area, we can provide that service. A "Turn-Key Construction" contract leaves you free to continue your normal activities during the typical six to eight months of construction, while a professional contractor handles the day-to-day contracting activities--all the way up to the completion of your log home.
